Job Description

General Statement of Duties: This is a part time seasonal position for the period of May through September (approximately). Duties include inspections, cleaning, painting, mowing, weed-eating,and light maintenance as assigned and the documentation of work performed through a computer software program.

Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of Distribution and Collections Supervisor or Stormwater Manager.

Supervision Exercised: None.

Examples of Duties

• Inspection and cleaning, painting and maintenance of fire hydrants.
• Inspection and cleaning of storm water inlets.
• Miscellaneous cleaning, painting, and light repair work at pumping stations.
• Mowing andweed eating.
• Documenting work performed and reporting of follow-up repairs that are requiredthrough a computer software program.
• Performs other duties of a comparable level/type as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Abilityto read and write.
• Must have the ability to do considerable walking, heavy lifting, reaching, bending and have average sense of sight and hearing.
• Special Requirements: Musthave a valid North Dakota driver's license. Must be at least 17years of age.
