This position is a lifeguard role in the Aquatics division, offering $13.02/hour with nonexempt FLSA status.
It involves ensuring safety, providing high-quality aquatic programs, and maintaining cleanliness at the aquatic facilities.
Responsibilities include monitoring patrons, enforcing safety policies, performing rescues, administering First Aid and CPR, and assisting with facility opening/closing and promotional events.
Ideal candidates are at least 15 years old with customer service experience and must obtain lifeguard, First Aid, CPR/AED, and Oxygen certifications within two weeks of employment.
Work is outdoors in all weather conditions, requiring physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
