DuringaTypicalDay,You’ll

  • Facilitateinstructor‑ledandvirtualtrainingsessions.Guideagentsthroughsystems,tools,policies,andcallflows

  • Strengthenlearnerproficiencybyfacilitatingknowledgechecks,mockcalls,roleplays,andsimulations

  • Evaluatetraineereadinessagainstestablishedcertificationandgraduationstandards

  • Coachassociatestoensureachievementofcompanyandclientgoalswhileaddressingemployeerelatedissuesandcoordinatingtrainingonneworrevisedinformationrelatingtoservices,productsorprocessesofprojects

  • Managemultiple,complex,ongoingtasks,systemsandprojectswhilemonitoringabsenceandattendanceofyourteam

  • Motivateandmentoryourteamwithyouropen,honestmannerandinprovidingfeedbackandacknowledgingajobwelldone

  • AnactiveResidentStateHealthInsuranceLicense

  • Associatedegree,technicalschoolorequivalentworkexperience

CompensationandBenefits
