Seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to lead and support store operations at our location.
Responsibilities include inspiring the team, opening and closing independently, hosting beading appointments and events, managing inventory and visual displays, training staff, and creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll assist with transactions, answer questions, participate in custom orders, and help keep the store welcoming and organized.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, passion for beading and styling, and a positive attitude.
Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. This temporary role runs until early September and involves promoting kindness and connection through engaging with guests.
