You’ll evaluateandanalyzecustomerinteractionstoimprove customer experienceandsatisfactionscores. Your activelisteningskillswillhelpmakesureproperinformationisbeinggiventocustomerswhileyou analyzespreadsheetstopinpointanypatternstohelpguideperformancetraining.Thisincludesmakingsureemployeesaregivingproperverbalstatements, clientrequirementsandpoliciesarebeing met,andfindingsimilaritiesbetweenassociatescripts.
You'll reportto theQuality Assurance Manager. You’llcontributetothesuccessofthecustomerexperienceaswellastheoverallsuccessofthe team.
DuringaTypicalDay,You’ll
- AssiststheQuality/TrainingManagerandAssistantManagerinauditingKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)forTTECOperations,likeoutgoingcorrespondenceandexternalsurveyresults.
- Reviewandevaluateoperationalprocedures,includingCustomerServiceinteractionsfromallcommunicationchannels,servicerequests,refundprocessing,Transponderfulfillment,outgoingcorrespondence,andfuturequalityreviewimplementations.
- Coordinatesthe logistics andconductsrelatedaudits,includingsampleselection,documentation,andreportingofresults.
- FacilitateperiodiccalibrationsessionswiththeCustomerServicedepartmentandallotherareasofoperationstoensureconsistencyintheevaluationprocess.
- AssisttheQuality/TrainingManagerandAssistantManagerwithadministrativefunctions,includingdevelopingStandardOperatingProcedures(SOPs),QualityStandardDefinitionDocument(QSDD),QualityForms,andcoordinatingqualityrecognitionprograms.
- Assist withthedataandanalysisofqualityreportsinconformancewithagreed-uponformats,includingdevelopingreportswhennecessary.
- Performsspecialprojectsas required,suchas assisting withthedevelopment,research,anddeliveryofnewtrainingorothernecessaryduties.
- Flexibilitytoperformjobdutieson-site,off-site,orremote,asbusinessneedsdictate
