Duty Days: 45 days - June 1 - July 31 6 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. - Monday - Thursday, Friday off
Salary: $14.37
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Pick up trash and clean grounds. • Edge and mow all areas. • Hoe, prune, weed and water grounds. • Empty outside trash barrels. • Plant shrubs, trees and grass as directed. • Maintain proper drainage on all campuses. • Assist other personnel as needed. • Dress according to the department dress code. • Perform all other duties assigned. • Report to Coordinator of Grounds.
Work Conditions:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Moderate irregular hours. Works with frequent interruptions. Preparation of materials may involve the packing, moving, and lifting of equipment and supplies. Continuous walking and standing. Work outside and inside; exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and odors. Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards. Work around moving objects and vehicles.
