These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort.\n \nHourly Rate: $15.16 plus tips\n \nPosition Overview: Golf Snack Bar/Beverage Cart Attendants are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. They will grill/prepare food and beverages in accordance with menu standards and will handle payments. This is a seasonal position that requires open availability, including weekends and holidays. They also drive a beverage cart around the golf course to sell and serve drinks and snacks to golfers, handling transaction, maintaining the cart's cleanliness and inventory, and adhering to safety and alcohol service standards.\n \nJob Functions & Responsibilities:\n\n Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests\n Greet guests promptly and courteously as they walk up to the snack bar\n Create a positive experience for all guests and exceed expectations when possible\n Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met in a timely manner.\n Follow Hyatt Standards in service\n Obtain and submit food & beverage orders from guests using POS system\n Adhere to all safety and health company requirements\n Ensure opening, ongoing, and closing side work is complete\n Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol \n Handle payments accurately using POS system\n Brew coffee and maintain coffee station throughout the day\n Restock the beverage cart\n Fill out daily requisition form for restocking products and supplies\n Monitor Tee sheets for best understanding of the business levels throughout the day\n Monitor food inventory (burritos, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, etc.)\n Prepare hot dogs and burgers on the grill\n Assist during special events and golf tournaments\n Operate the beverage cart safely across the golf course adhering to all driving rules and course regulations\n Efficiently and accurately take drink orders, prepare them promptly, and serve beverages with attention to detail and presentation. Ensure all orders are prepared in compliance with company standards and specific customer requests.\n Serve beverages and snacks with a friendly and professional demeanor\n Engage with guests offering product suggestions\n Balance receipts and ensure payment is received from guests.\n Follow responsible alcohol service guideline, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption\n Report any guest concerns or course issues to management.\n\n
