THE FINANCE TEAM
The Finance Department at Portland Rescue Mission (PRM) is a group of dedicated professionals using their administrative skills for life-changing Christian ministry. Our goal is to participate in what God is doing in the lives of the men, women, and children we serve at PRM with integrity and excellence. In doing this, we honor the high calling of serving those in need, knowing that excellent resource management and accountability create a sustainable environment in which our ministry can flourish. The best candidate will have a heart for serving people in the name of Jesus and skills that support best practices within our financial infrastructure and gift-processing teams.
THE POSITION
The Seasonal Gift Processing Associate is a hands-on, critical support role in the gift processing department. This individual will be responsible for receiving and handling a large volume of financial donations with accuracy and will be energized by assisting staff and donors. The right candidate will enjoy working on a team, have exceptional customer service skills, enjoy repetitive tasks, have an eye for detail, and will be willing to assist wherever needed.

I understand and acknowledge that Portland Rescue Mission (PRM) is a religious organization that utilizes religious criteria in employment decisions in accordance with applicable law.
I understand that if I am offered a position with Portland Rescue Mission, I will be required to participate in and pass a 10 panel drug screen with PRM's contracted testing service upon hire. PRM employees are also required to participate in and pass drug screening throughout the duration of their employment.
In the event that I agree to accept a position with Portland Rescue Mission (PRM), I agree that the employment relationship between PRM and me is an at-will relationship and that the employment and compensation can be terminated, with or without cause, at any time, at the option of either PRM or myself.
