Looking for a creative and fun individual to assist young adults and/or children with I/DD and/or ASD in group activities such as Dungeons and Dragons, bowling, clubhouse and other activities in the community or on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized guidance, support and problem solving assistance
• Promote self determination
• Respond to the specific ethnic, cultural and linguistic needs of participants
• Maximize interactions and engagement with others
• To facilitate SAFE INTEREST BASED FUN!
• Completed all agency required training
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Physical activities include but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, etc.
• Exerting in excess of 100 lbs. of force occasionally.
• Subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
• The worker is subject to hazards such as moving parts, moving vehicles, etc.
