  • General Facility Repairs - Tighten bolts, patch small wall damage, replace light bulbs, fix minor leaks, and handle simple repair tasks
  • Preventive Maintenance Support - Assist technicians with scheduled inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and equipment checks
  • Production Floor Support - Move materials, organize tools, maintain clean work areas, and help prepare equipment for operation
  • Safety & Compliance - Follow plant safety rules, wear PPE, and immediately report hazards or equipment concerns
  • Assist Skilled Technicians - Carry tools, prep work areas, and help with larger mechanical or electrical repairs

What We Are Looking For:

  • Basic mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn equipment procedures
  • Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and fast‑paced production areas
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders throughout the shift
