Seasonal - Driver - Gulf Shores Airport

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal Driver.  This position pays $12 / hour and is located at Gulf Shores Regional Airport (GUF) 3190 Airport Drive Gulf Shores, AL 36542.

The seasonal window starts on or after May 12th, 2026 and ends on or before October 19th, 2026. This position cannot exceed 180 days. 

Full Time Seasonal Schedules:

• A – Sunday 10am-6:30pm, Wednesday through Saturday 8am-4:30pm

• B – Sunday & Thursday 12:30pm-9pm, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities

Our Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Pensacola Airport location.

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location
• Must be at least 18 years old
• This is a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experience a 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hired.
