Seasonal Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Lewisville, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $13.50 per hour (additional compensation available for Spanish or French fluency)
• Regular schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Sunday off plus one weekday off
• Seasonal W2 assignment
• Start date: July 6, 2026
• Anticipated assignment end date: Late September 2026
ROLE IMPACT
Support peak summer call volume by delivering professional, timely customer service in a fast-paced office environment. Success in this role is measured by reliability, attendance, customer interactions, and the ability to quickly learn systems and processes during training. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking short-term employment and hands-on customer service experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information and support
• Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining service standards
• Learn and apply company procedures, systems, and call-handling processes
• Document customer interactions and update records as needed
• Work collaboratively with trainers, mentors, and team members to meet business needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to start on July 6, 2026 and commit through the anticipated end date in late September 2026
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and availability for all required training and scheduled shifts
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Telephone and call center systems
• Customer service software and databases
• Microsoft Office applications
• Data entry and record management tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or office experience
• Fluent in Spanish or French
• Availability to work the full duration of the seasonal assignment
