Our Customer Experience Specialists are the first and last point of contact, creating engaging and educational experiences that leave a lasting impression. They guide customers from showroom visits to vehicle delivery, ensuring a groundbreaking experience aligned with our mission to promote sustainable energy.
Responsibilities include welcoming guests, understanding their needs, providing tailored product demos, conducting delivery orientations, capturing customer information, and supporting sales efforts. Candidates should have 1+ years of customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills, a passion for EVs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and, in some states, a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License are required.
