We are hiring a seasonal Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service at a car rental location from May 1 to October 31, 2026.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining rental terms, offering upgrades and protection products, assisting with directions, handling reservations and inquiries, and inspecting vehicles upon return.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., with a high school diploma or GED, some customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
The position offers starting pay of $19/hour, plus monthly bonuses of $300-$500, a $2/hour shift differential for night shifts, and opportunities for skill development.
Availability of various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required, along with reliable attendance and punctuality.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting rental processes, and assisting with vehicle and customer needs during the seasonal period.
