This seasonal full-time role (May 18 - Nov 18) offers opportunities in Staten Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island with a starting pay of $18.25/hour and potential merit increases.

The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) provides high-level customer service face-to-face and over the phone, assisting with reservations, inquiries, vehicle returns, and administrative tasks.

  • Handle calls, manage reservations, and provide information to customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Greet customers, assess rental needs, and assist with vehicle check-ins and returns.
  • Market services, sell protections/upgrades, and communicate rental terms.
  • Perform vehicle cleaning, administrative, billing, and basic maintenance reporting.
  • Support backup duties and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of customer service or college experience, a valid driver’s license, and living within an hour of the location. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for 40 hours/week during business hours.
