• Assists customers in locating merchandise, loading items, and understanding product benefits.
• Processes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rentals and repairs.
• Trains cross-functionally to support various store departments and improve service delivery.
• Maintains store safety and cleanliness by adhering to housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
• Detects security risks, such as shoplifting, and reports them appropriately.
• Operates store equipment and technology as required by the department.
• Ensures a safe environment by conducting safety reviews and managing hazards.
• Possesses basic computer and retail technology skills, with less than one year of experience preferred.
