This role involves delivering SMART customer service by following established policies and procedures.
Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise while understanding their needs.
Respond promptly to customer and associate inquiries, providing product and service information.
Show appreciation to customers and promote store programs, warranties, and features.
Handle customer contracts and invoices in the Tool Rental Department.
Cross-train in different store areas to enhance service delivery.
Detect shoplifting and security risks, reporting them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the store.
Operate various store equipment as needed based on the specific role and department.
Qualifications include less than 1 year of experience with computers, retail technology, and retail tasks such as customer assistance, sales, and housekeeping; ability to obtain required sales licenses.
