The Camp Manager roles will provide a quality experience for individuals with developmental disabilities (13 years and up) at a residential camping facility for two weekends a month.
Assistant Camp Manager ($575/weekend) - assists in the implementation of leisure opportunities (e.g. team and individual sports, small and large group games, arts and crafts); the supervision of staff and participants, as well as providing direct support (i.e. dressing, showering, toileting, eating, transferring, and communication) to participants and other duties when needed. Weekend activities are designed to focus around the individuals' personal goals and individualized support plan.
Camp Manager ($625/weekend) - In addition to the duties of the Assistant Camp Manager, the role will involve managing support staff by assisting with problem solving, conflict resolution, communication with parents, and maintaining a clean and positive atmosphere when the Coordinator is not present.
