Flyspace Productions is looking for energetic, customer-focused Bar Servers to join our Mobile Bar team for the 2026 festival season.
As a full-service event production company, Flyspace helps create some of Pittsburgh's most exciting events, including Three Rivers Arts Festival, PicklesBurgh, Oktoberfest, Light Up Night, and more. What You'll Do
As a Bar Server, you'll help create a positive guest experience by serving beverages and supporting mobile bar operations at festivals, concerts, and special events. Responsibilities include:
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Pouring draft beer and sparkling beverages
Preparing mixed drinks and serving canned or bottled beverages
Processing credit card and cash transactions accurately
Assisting with bar setup, stocking, and breakdown
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas
Supporting beverage inventory and restocking throughout events
Assisting with basic draft system maintenance (experience preferred but not required)

What We're Looking For
We're seeking team members who are:

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience serving beverages, bartending, or working in hospitality
RAMP Certification (preferred)
Experience with draft beer systems or craft beverage service
Cash handling and point-of-sale experience
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to understand and communicate in English
Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
Reliable transportation to event locations
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
Schedule & Compensation
Seasonal, part-time position
Flexible, as-needed scheduling based on event calendar
Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
Shift lengths vary by event
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
Tips may be earned during certain events
Non-exempt, overtime-eligible position
Dress Requirements
Closed-toe shoes required
Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor events
Event-specific uniforms or accessories may occasionally be required
