Position Overview
Rider University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) invites applications for a Seasonal Athletic Trainer. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer to ensure the health and welfare of the student athletes competing in the University's NCAA Division I athletic program. The Seasonal Athletic Trainer will be responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries and illness within the University's comprehensive sports medicine program. Specific team assignments will be made to identify areas of primary coverage and travel responsibilities, but the individual will be expected to work with student-athletes from all sports and provide coverage to all programs when necessary.
Salary: $1,000 per week over 50 weeks.
