As an Aquatics Lifeguard, you will prioritize safety and excellent customer service while overseeing indoor and outdoor pools. Your responsibilities include monitoring the pool area, rescuing swimmers in danger, administering first aid, and ensuring safety around water slides and during events like "Dive in Movies" and "Poolapalooza."
Job duties involve greeting members, maintaining a clean pool environment, and communicating safety information. Requirements include working towards a high school diploma or GED, lifeguard and first aid certification, strong swimming skills (including swimming 300 yards, treading water, and retrieving a weighted brick), and the ability to lift over 20 lbs.
