Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Consultant - Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in search consulting, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively and independently to meet project goals.

Responsibilities:
Minimum of 6-8 years of Federal Recruiting experience.
Must have experience in Defense and National Security space including Poly level candidate sourcing and generation for National Security contracts.
This position will operate mainly as a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter with a clear understanding of IT Services and Mission Operational Roles.
The role requires the ability to source, screen and hire in both the Virginia and Maryland markets.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support search consulting projects.
• Develop and implement effective search strategies tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in search consulting or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay Range:$60hr- $65hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
