Title: Industrial Seamstress / Sewing Machine Operator
We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Seamstress / Sewing Machine Operator for our NanoSox fabric air distribution products. You’ll sew and assemble fabric components using industrial machines while meeting quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Bellevue Washington.

Job Responsibilities
1. Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric components and finished products
2. Measure, cut/trim (as needed), align, and sew materials accurately to specifications
3. Produce clean, consistent stitching and strong seams (straight stitching, hems, reinforcement, binding, etc.)
4. Follow work orders, drawings/spec sheets, and standard processes
5. Inspect finished work for quality (dimensions, stitch consistency, defects) and rework if needed
6. Keep your workstation organized and follow safety and production procedures
7. Communicate with the production team to meet daily output goals
Job Requirements
1. 1+ year experience with industrial sewing (or equivalent professional sewing experience)
2. Comfortable using machines such as single/double-needle lockstitch, zig-zag, serger/overlock (as applicable)
3. Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
4. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a production setting
5. Nice to have: Basic troubleshooting (threading, tension adjustments, needle changes)
