Opportunity Overview

+ Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

+ Helping the product owner and development team to achieve internal customer satisfaction

+ Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization

+ Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

+ Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework

+ Resolve conflicts and issues that occur

+ Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

+ Support the product owner and provide education where needed

+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

+ Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.

+ Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

+ Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

+ Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

+ Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

+ All Certificates must be current

+ 8 -10 years Prior experience on a scrum team

+ Understanding of Risk Management

+ Understanding of API and CI/CD

+ Mastering Software development lifecycle

+ Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

+ Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum

+ Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not

+ Experience with successful Agile techniques

+ Ability to work with and lead a team

+ Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

+ Ability to adapt to a changing environment

+ Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

+ Possess developer skills

+ Knowledge of AI Agent

+ A-CSM, PSM, or PSMIII

+ Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org

+ Software development experience

+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or equivalent











Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $102,200 - $163,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.







Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
