Job Title: Scrum Master (ONSITE)
Duration: 12 Months+
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Required Pay Scale: 60-70 on W2/C2C

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large Supply Chain/RMS program for one of our premier retail clients. This role will lead two established Agile teams and drive Agile best practices while partnering with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve performance, collaboration, and Agile maturity.
- Foster a servant leadership culture and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful sprint execution.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
- Track team progress, metrics, and delivery using Jira and Confluence.
- Drive continuous improvement and support successful Agile delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
- Strong experience with Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Proven servant leadership and Agile coaching experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile metrics.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, or RMS initiatives.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a plus.
