Managed 2–5 Agile squads comprising 20–50 team members.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs.
