Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader for the Cutover team.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including defect management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
- Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams such as data migration, testing, and cutover.
- Ensure team alignment to program timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrator Partners, and SAP consultants to maintain a clear and prioritized cutover plan.
- Facilitate story refinement and sizing sessions including user stories, technical tasks, and SAP-specific enhancements.
- Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across other SAP streams and legacy systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models in a structured environment.
- Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Jira and other tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents.
Preferred Skills:
- Expert Jira experience and advanced skills in MS Project.
- Experience with AI Copilot.
