Position Summary:
The Scrum Master plays a dual role in both facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing technical projects across a range of complexities. This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-value outcomes iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. The annual salary range for this role is: $86,600 to $134,200. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
