Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master will lead multiple Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle using Scrum and other Agile frameworks. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: • Daily Stand-ups • Sprint Planning • Reviews • Retrospectives Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles. Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As a Scrum Master, you will partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog. Track and report on team metrics, velocity, burndown charts, etc. to drive transparency and performance.
