JOB TITLE: Scrum Master

LOCATION: Omaha, Nebraska or Greenwood Village, Colorado

INDUSTRY : Financial

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Scrum Master will support the Government Solutions Infrastructure/Security PMO team by leading Agile sprints and managing technical infrastructure, security, and cloud migration projects. This role operates in a fast-paced environment transitioning from on-premise systems to cloud architecture and from waterfall to Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate can work effectively in evolving environments, collaborate closely with technical teams, and drive successful project delivery.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and coordinate Agile sprints and technical projects from initiation through completion.
  • Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning & Retrospectives
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Architects
  • Drive progress across teams by removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Manage a portfolio of work including:
Enhancements
Maintenance releases
Security-related updates
Decommissioning legacy systems
Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (up to 10)
  • Experience working on complex, high-priority client implementation projects
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

 

PREFERRED:

  • SAFe, and/or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience supporting US Federal Government agencies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technical concepts.
