Hybrid in MN-Hopkins Excelsior Blvd, may also accept candidates from other Hubs in Dallas (Irving TX), Hubs in Minneapolis, and in Chicago.

Scrum Master – Automation Standards Onboarding (Executive Summary)

Role Purpose

Lead engineering teams in the rapid onboarding and adoption of enterprise automation standards, driving high-velocity executionsame-day sprint capabilities, and scalable rollout across multiple teams. This role is critical to accelerating automation maturity, improving operational efficiency, and reducing time to remediation and deployment.

Key Accountabilities

High-Velocity Agile Execution

  • Enable same day / micro-sprint delivery models with rapid backlog prioritization
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies optimized for speed, throughput, and quick feedback loops
  • Drive continuous delivery and measurable progress in compressed timelines

Automation Standards Onboarding

  • Lead structured onboarding of automation frameworks, tools, and standards
  • Execute repeatable onboarding playbooks to ensure consistency and scale
  • Partner with Architecture, Platform, and Security to align with enterprise requirements

Multi-Team Enablement

  • Coordinate onboarding across multiple concurrent engineering teams
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment
  • Stand up scalable frameworks (e.g., Scrum of Scrums) to support parallel execution

Impediment Removal & Optimization

  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to accelerate adoption and delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement focused on cycle time reduction and efficiency gains
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and rapid iteration

Metrics & Visibility

  • Track and report on:
    • Time-to-onboard automation standards
    • Sprint velocity and cycle time (including same-day completion)
    • Team adoption rates and automation coverage
  • Provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 years as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead in engineering environments
  • Demonstrated success in:
    • High-speed Agile delivery models (same-day or rapid sprints)
    • Scaling practices across multiple teams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale onboarding or transformation initiatives
