IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves supporting Agile teams to drive successful project execution within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration.

Position Overview for the Scrum Master:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and communicate project status.
  • Support release planning and promote continuous improvement across teams and processes.

Requirements for the Scrum Master:

  • 6+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting software development teams.
