Salary Range: $45- $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Job Overview:

8+ years’ experience as scrum master for software development projects
Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops)
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done| user stories| automated testing| backlog refinement)Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe| XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science| Business or similar field
Scrum master certification is a plus
Experience with software development life cycle| waterfall| and agile principles
Experience with Scrum| Kanban| and SAFe
Experience understanding technical issues at a high level
Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience
Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to allow teams to perform and accelerate delivery
Proficient in planning| organizing| and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events Identifies| tracks| and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow
Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team Monitors| measures| and reports on project progress to management/leadership
Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement
Skills: Digital : DevOps
Experience Required: 8-10
