Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and drive timely resolution of delivery risks and blockers.
Monitor Agile metrics and communicate delivery health, velocity, and progress to stakeholders.
Partner with multiple teams to improve collaboration, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.
Champion Agile best practices while fostering effective communication and conflict resolution across teams.
