Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team or Teams, removing obstacles that hinder progress, and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
You will also identify and report progress through appropriate metrics.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the team and across projects.
Support team members in understanding and adopting Agile principles to enhance collaboration and delivery.
Analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and foster transparency.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
Champion a culture of accountability and ownership to elevate the quality and consistency of deliverables.
Note: role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Charlotte and client mandated time away 5 days per quarter
