JSG Is recruiting for a Scientist in West Point PA. Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through cutting-edge research and patient-focused strategies? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scientist to lead and support clinical outcomes assessment strategies, with a focus on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs). In this vital role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and interpret innovative tools that shape the future of healthcare and regulatory submissions.

$53.45/hour

Required Skills:
  • Master’s Degree in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research, or a related field with 3+ years of pharma industry experience, or a PhD candidate.
  • Strong understanding of COA/PRO requirements for regulatory and reimbursement agencies.
  • Expertise in study design, data analysis, and interpretation of COA/PRO instruments.
  • Proven project management and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with scientific publications, presentations, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, curiosity, and adaptability to team environments.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with electronic COA/PRO data migration and validation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and latest methodologies in COA/PRO development.
  • Previous involvement in clinical trial and observational study design and analysis.
  • Publication records or links showcasing scientific contributions.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • PhD or Master’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 3-5 years of pharma experience.
  • Knowledge of COA/PRO development and validation processes, including regulatory and reimbursement contexts.
Other Requirements:
  • Hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite, flexible between Monday-Thursday.
  • Ability to coordinate with global teams and attend relevant clinical and regulatory meetings.
