Our client is seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join their dynamic research team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing cell-based high-content imaging assays to drive small molecule drug discovery efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize cell-based high-content imaging assays to support drug discovery pipelines.
Conduct cell culture, treatment, and transfection procedures with precision and consistency.
Perform immunohistochemistry staining and prepare samples for imaging analyses.
Utilize high-content imaging systems to capture and analyze complex cellular phenotypes.
Implement automation techniques and manage complex image analysis workflows.
Analyze data using platforms such as Genedata Screener, TIBCO Spotfire, and GraphPad Prism.
Troubleshoot experimental issues and refine protocols to improve assay robustness.
Document experiments accurately and contribute to scientific reports and publications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Relevant postdoctoral experience preferred.
Hands-on expertise in cell culture techniques, cell treatment, and transfection.
Strong background in immunohistochemistry staining and high-content imaging analysis.
Experience with lab automation and complex image analysis is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization platforms such as Genedata Screener, TIBCO Spotfire, and GraphPad Prism is a plus.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
