Job Summary We are seeking a Scientist II with a strong foundation in scientific research and laboratory methodologies. The role involves conducting cellular and molecular biology experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to research initiatives in immunology, oncology, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a range of laboratory techniques, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a research-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct laboratory experiments in cellular and molecular biology Perform aseptic cell culture and immune cell isolation Execute and analyze assays such as ELISA, MSD, and AlphaLISA Perform molecular techniques including RT-qPCR and Western Blot Design, execute, and analyze multi-color flow cytometry experiments (as applicable) Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate software tools (e.g., Prism) Maintain accurate documentation of experimental procedures and results Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to support scientific studies Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols, safety standards, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Oncology, or a related scientific field Strong understanding of scientific concepts and research methodologies Hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques Experience with assays such as ELISA, MSD, or AlphaLISA Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including RT-qPCR and Western Blot Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Prism Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-color flow cytometry, including experimental design, execution, and data analysis Education: Masters Degree
