Job Overview:

The Scientist II/III will play an integral role in growing the operations and customer base by supporting method development, analysis of various samples and performing studies/assays independently while delivering exceptional quality with a high attention-to-detail and ensuring client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs studies that meet sponsors' needs, or internal needs, in a scientifically sound manner.
  • Supports the analysis of samples from various DMPK and Regulated Bioanalytical studies.
  • Executes HPLC and LC-MS studies that follow developmental and GLP guidelines.
  • Reviews and executes study protocols governing bioanalytical studies, and sample analysis.
  • Authors protocols, technical summary reports and performs data processing and data review.
  • Takes an active role in solving problems and trouble-shooting studies.
  • Analyzes, processes, and reports study data.
  • Authors reports and actively involved in regulatory aspect of projects
  • Interacts with different cross functional teams, including other scientists, management, vendors, and sales/marketing teams.
  • Serves as the PI and SD in areas of expertise, as needed.
  • Independently develop and validate methods.
  • Actively participate in compliance related issues
  • Attends all required meetings and project progress reviews.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years (for Scientist III) or 2 years for (Scientist II) of Development and/or GLP bioanalytical testing experience
  • Knowledge across other analytical platforms such as HPLC/LC-MS/MS intuitively linked to conventional detection is also preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with analysis of oligonucleotides, peptides and ProTacs
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
