We're an innovative ag biotech company developing next-generation biological products that improve crop performance and sustainability. We're looking for a Scientist I to turn complex biology into scalable, real-world solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design & optimize formulations for stability, viability, and field performance
• Translate lab research into product-ready, scalable solutions
• Build assays and run experiments to drive fast, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, and product teams

Who You Are

• PhD + 2+ years in formulation, biotech, or product development
• Experience with live biological systems
• Hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end

Compensation

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 annually
• Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications
