- Quality Control: Monitor batch quality, collaborating with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to product development improvements.
- Research & Development: Assist in developing new products by conducting research and analyzing market trends.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in a related field
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, documentation, and formulation development
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lab notebook management
