Starr Elementary School is GBAPS's newest elementary school, located on the southwest side of Green Bay and serving a diverse community of approximately 500 students in Early Childhood - Grade 5. As a Title I Schoolwide Program, Starr is committed to advancing student growth in Literacy, Math, and Engagement. We support every learner by working closely together and building strong, meaningful relationships with students and families.
Starr offers several specialized programs, including Early Childhood, Collaborative 5K, Autism Focus Programs, and an Intellectual Disability Program. Our staff works together with purpose and care, using data informed decision making, meaningful interventions, and thoughtful differentiation to support every learner.
