Job Position: School Social Worker
Location: Chicago Ridge, IL 60415
Pay Rate: $55.00/hr
Description:
Birch Agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join a supportive school district near Chicago Ridge, Illinois. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to provide services to a K 5 caseload while covering a short-term leave from August through the end of November.
Position Details:
Full-time, in-person position
Short-term assignment: August End of November 2026
K 5 student caseload
Pay: $55/hour
Qualifications:
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with the appropriate School Social Worker endorsement
Experience working in a school setting is preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
Passion for supporting the academic, social, and emotional success of students
