Navra is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers for the 2026–2027 school year in the Arlington Heights, IL area. We partner with school districts to place skilled professionals in environments where they can truly make a difference in students' academic, emotional, and social development.

As a School Social Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting student success by addressing social-emotional needs and strengthening school-family-community connections.
Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to K–12 students
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student support plans
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
Support behavior planning, crisis intervention, and student advocacy
Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement (required)
Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Passion for supporting student well-being and success
