Phaxis Education is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Social Workers for the 2026–2027 school year in the South Barrington, IL area. As a School Social Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting student success by addressing social-emotional needs and strengthening school-family-community connections.
Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to K–12 students
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student support plans
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
Support behavior planning, crisis intervention, and student advocacy
Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement (required)
