PURPOSE

The school social worker works cooperatively with school personnel, parents, students, and community agencies, helping to facilitate students' educational and interpersonal success.

REQUIRED:

  • Masters's Degree in Social work, with the ability to obtain ASWB or equivalent licensure
  • Currently Enrolled in a Master of Social Work Licensure Program

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Master's degree in social work, with the ability to obtain ASWB or equivalent licensure.

The school social worker must be able to provide assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management in both languages, and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking students, families, and community partners in meetings, phone calls, written reports, and school-based events.

Salary is prorated based on FTE: $52,011 $102,373 (Salary is based on the 2025-26 schedule and is subject to change)
