EdTheory is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Chalmette, Louisiana. The BCBA will be responsible for providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) encouraged to apply.
• Experience implementing Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and data collection systems.
• Experience working in school-based, clinical, or behavioral health settings.
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills with educators and multidisciplinary teams
