    Position Overview:

    The School of Business seeks a temporary Adjunct Faculty member for the Fall 2026 semester.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promoting the mission and vision of the TCNJ School of Business.

    • Providing engaging, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching to undergraduates.

    • Establishing a professional classroom atmosphere that encourages mutual respect and civil engagement.

    • Understanding and conveying the essentials of the course discipline through effective pedagogies that undergraduate students can master.

    • Maintaining high academic standards, while demonstrating equality and fairness in an undergraduate-focused environment.

    • Working successfully and productively in a team environment.

    • Performing the necessary duties of an adjunct instructor to ensure high-quality instruction

    Qualifications Required:

    • Candidates must have earned a masters degree in Business or an area related to their teaching discipline.
    • Upon request, candidates must be able to provide proof of success in a teaching or training capacity.
