We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative school-based team for the 2026–2027 school year. Your Impact as a School OT

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate students’ functional, sensory, motor, and adaptive needs
• Develop and implement individualized OT plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services across school settings
• Support students in building fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills
• Help students improve classroom participation, attention, and independence
• Collaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, therapists, and families
• Adapt classroom environments, materials, and routines to improve accessibility and engagement
• Track student progress through documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and team planning
• Provide training and practical strategies for staff and caregivers to support student success

What We’re Looking For

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP processes, and special education services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a team environment
• Passion for helping children gain independence and confidence in daily school activities
