Please attach copies of the following documents to your application: -Valid California School Nurse Services Credential (If not held, will need to apply upon hire with the assistance of our Human Resources Department) -Current California BRN License -Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificate -Audiometrist Certificate (If not held, will need to have obtained by the start of the second school year of employment with the district) -Bachelor s Degree -Letter of Introduction -Resume -2 Recent Letters of Recommendation (Include a Supervisor) -Transcripts
